Brand new in 2006 this luxury ABI Ashbourne 37' x 12' 8 birth static caravan comes with double glazing and gas central heating throughout. It is sited on a quiet plot but is within easy reach of all the park amenities. Water, gas and electricity are constantly supplied (included in the price) and all checked under strict safety regulations. There are carbon-monoxide and smoke alarms fitted, again checked under strict regulations. Ironing board and iron are also provided. There is a no smoking policy in this caravan.
The Lounge area provides comfortable seating on two well sprung sofas, one of which converts into a sprung double pull-out bed. The center piece fire place houses a gas fire. TV, DVD/video player, digital free-view receiver and stereo are all provided. An assortment of videos and children's board games can also be found in the storage areas.
The Dining area consist of a free standing dining suite (table and four chairs) and is within easy reach of the kitchen area. Access to the sun deck can also be gained via double french doors from this area.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with double gas oven and gas hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer, eight place crockery and silverware and cooking pots, pans and utensils. Hot water is supplied on demand. Tea towels are provided.
The Bathroom boasts a double sized walk in shower unit with power shower fitments, modern sanitary ware and a heated towel rail that runs off the central heating system.
The Master bedroom has a 4'6" bed with a sprung mattress plenty of storage areas and a vanity area with stool. All bedding is supplied plus hairdryer. All bedrooms have thermostatically controlled radiators.
The two Twin bedrooms each have two 2' wide free standing beds with sprung mattresses. Again there is plenty of storage space and beds can be removed to make way for a cot (one travel cot can be provided on request). All mattresses are protected by washable waterproof covers.
The Sun deck runs the full length of the caravan and is surrounded by fencing. It benefits from full sun for most of the day only going into shade from late afternoon. There is outside lighting and a storage shed containing patio furniture and a bar-b-que.
This caravan, I'm sure you will agree, is more like a bungalow than a mobile home and provides a real feeling of being home from home. |
