Terms and Conditions please read carefully before making a booking. 1. A booking deposit of 25% or £75 (which ever the greater) of the hire fee is required at time of booking. 2. An extra £100 'good housekeeping' deposit (£150 if there are more than 4 guests) is required and is due with the balance of the hire fee but is refundable within 7 days of checkout provided everything is left clean and in good order. 3. Payment of the balance and good housekeeping deposit is required three weeks prior to start date of booking. Failure will lead to cancellation of booking and loss of booking deposit. 4. Due to the small nature of this business there is no possibility of refunds if the booking is cancelled. It is strongly recommended that you take out suitable holiday insurance to cover this. 5. Due to park rules, single sex groups or groups where the majority are under the age of 21 will not be allowed. 6. If the number or identity of people staying in the caravan is falsified then access will be denied and all monies will be forfeited. 7. Arrival times, departure times and key collection instructions will be advised on receipt of all funds. 8. No pets are allowed. 9. All breakages will be charged for. 10. This is strictly a no smoking holiday home. 11. Gas and Electricity is included in the booking price but if it is abused and used far in excess of the average for that week then there will be a deduction taken out of the housekeeping deposit. 12. Liability for any personal injury whilst in and around the holiday home or for loss or damage to personal possessions or vehicles cannot be accepted. 13. When paying your deposit it is deemed that you are accepting the above terms and conditions. |
